Is there a way to minimize the amount the slider moves? When I get to the last dot, I need to show two full cards on Desktop and two and half cards on 1280 and up.

Not really. You might be able to manipulate within Webflow but it would come with limitations.
Are you familiar with Javascript? You can import a Javascript library called Swiper.js that gives much more flexibility. You can altar the number of slides in each viewport.
