Mobile landscape and portrait responsive weirdness

So I’m building this website for a church and I am trying to figure out how to make it responsive.
Tablet was easy, but in mobile landscape and portrait view things start to get weird. Things get pushed out of the section and out of view. Especially the carousel that is set to absolute at the bottom of its section. Maybe it should actually be relative to keep things from overlapping but then things get pushed out of view. Please take a look and see if you can figure it out.

I made it work… kind of, by changing the viewport hight of the trouble sections. Would appreciate any input though. Also noticed I cannot add a combo class for only mobile for example which would be great if possible.
