Mobile Menu Not Seen When Scrolling

My mobile menu is only seen when the site is at the very top of the page. I have a fixed menu...

However, when I scroll down the long website, the menu is not seen until I scroll back up.

What do I do to make the website show up anywhere I need to see it...

Hi, @Excellentchoice

1) Navbar itself on the mobile(portrait) view set to position: absolute. Change it back to position: fixed
2) Container "contain23" set to position: fixed. Remove it or change to position: auto.

It should fix your problem.
