Modal Pop Up Help

I followed this tutorial http://forum.webflow.com/t/tutorial-how-to-create-a-modal-pop-up-in-webflow/1229
to create a pop up modal. I have used this method before and it worked fine but not this time.

Would someone please take a look at the read link and tell me why this is not working for me?
