Hi all,
My question is the following if somebody can help me please.
I have an individual account but got too many sites, so I moved to organization, which is fine till now.
But then I realized that my individual account is still active, the yearly subscription is paid upfront, same on the organization account.
So I’d like to credit the remaining months and fees from the individual account to the organization one, and cancel that account.
How can it be done?
