Multiple Email Forms: How to Make Them Play Nice in Webflow-Built Website

I have three different email forms on my website (https://preview.webflow.com/preview/bedlam-sports?preview=c5cf7f634b45de359466a1adfb819fad).

FORM #1:
Is the standard “contact us” type that is accessed through the Contact Us page (http://bedlam-sports.webflow.io/contact).

FORM #2:
Another is to sign up for an email newsletter (http://bedlam-sports.webflow.io/email-sign-up).

FORM #3:
The third collects just an email address.

I’m wanting FORMS #2 AND #3 to integrate with my GetResponse database and store the info collected. From what I’ve read on the forum, this will have to take place using Zapier. FORM #1 will go to an email address.

My question is:

  1. Is this all possible?
1A) If so, how is the best way to structure the forms so that they work? It looks like Webflow only collects one set of form data; not a way to tell where the different info comes from.
  2. If not possible, does anyone have a suggestion on a better way to implement? Surely, I’m not the first person to try and have multiple forms on one website.

Any help would be appreciate.

After you connect your webflow account with Zapier . As long as each form has a different form name when you setup a zap you’ll be able to choose which form you would like to use. Just submit a test form first before setting up the zap So all the data field show up in zapier.

Thank you @ryanmadhorse. I’ll give that a try.

You can also use Gmail to forward certain emails to different addresses or tag them in certain ways. Check out my tutorial at http://forum.webflow.com/t/multiple-forms-going-to-different-emails-workaround/10442
