Multiple Options in the CMS to Pick from and add to a list

Hello All,

Simple thing I need to do, my skill level is low.
So I want to have several options available to pick from and then
add the options choices to a field below say a category.

Example:
Category is:
Appliances
Options are:
Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave.

APPLIANCES
Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave

Another example could be

Property Description
4 Bedroom, Two 1/2 Bath, Two Car Garage, Swiming Pool

So in the areas of the Categories when someone is filling out
the for I would like for them to be able to pick from a options
list.

I am looking at a third party like AirTable to do this as well to use in WebFlow.
but my skill level is LOW.
