Nar menu problem

Hello, I have the standard nav bar fixed at the top. It just occupies the height of the window when opened.

Then i have another nav bar somewhere below the hero section.

Problem is when i open the second nav bar the height of the window increases with a lot of white space at the bottom. How do i fix this.

I fixed the problem by settings its position.
