Nav icon working properly on designer view but not on live view

Spend my day trying to fix this but I still fail, hope someone could help me.
Basically, the nav icon is working fine on designer view but missing on live view. Please check the links to see.

@Rey_Alejandro1 I see it in live view and its working fine for me. what browser are you viewing through.
