Nav links blinking when page loads

I have the problem with the nav links blinking between normal state and current state when I click them and page loads.

  1. I click the nav link
  2. The page loads with this link in default (not current) style
  3. After about 1/10 of a second link style changes to “current style”

What could cause this problem? Is there a way to fix that?
