Navbar Dropdown is focusing when hovered

So I’m having an issue when I hover any of the navbar dropdown items on my site. Instead of functioning normally, a focus box appears around the link in the navbar. It only happens on the dropdowns, the navbar items that are just links don’t have the same issue. It occurs on every page of the live site but does not show up in the editor.

I’ve been able to reproduce the issue in chrome, safari, and firefox running on 2 separate macs.

It seems like whatever javascript is running to open the dropdown is somehow also firing off a focus event, but I’m just taking a shot in the dark here.

I believe this is related to an issue that was addressed by the team just the other day. The solution should be to republish the project to get the code fix.

The user-agent stylesheet is the source of the outline on focus:.
