Navbar fixed to the top after scrolling

I would like to have my menu links fixed to the top after scrolling… (div : cadre-menu-principal). Someone could help me ?

It was not exactly what I wanted. I’ve already seen this possibility but this means duplicate the menu and I do not find this very user-friendly if we have to make changes into the navigation.
