Navigating to Next Article with Pagination

Hello pals, I’m trying to setup my blog pagination so that when next or previous is clicked the user can navigate to that next or last article in the given CMS. Is this even possible? Or is this just wishful thinking on my part?

Also, the pagination “slider” I have going just restarts at 1/21 whenever a CMS item is selected, even if it’s on page 19/21 for example.
