The problem I have comes when you need to add a lot of content
I want it to be possible to have a vertical centered content without breaking the layout when you add more content.

Okay, so in this case I just removed the 100% height class from the parent element and then added 47-49 VH padding to the element holding the Heading and Paragraph and it should hopefully produce what you are looking for.
