Need help with section scrolling alignment

Browser: Chrome Version 49.0.2623.110 (64-bit). Up to date.
Device: Mac OS X 10.11.3

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Open my read only site.
  2. Click ‘Location’ Icon in Navbar.
  3. Watch it scroll to just before the ‘Location’ section starts. (Ref: first image)
  4. Should scroll down to the beginning of the ‘Location’ section. (Ref: second image)

Same thing happens with all of the other links.

Try using the Nav settings:

Thanks. I just deleted the Navbar and made my own, which worked!

I suspect one of these requirements was not met in the earlier layout.
