I can see the messages on the dashboard but it’s not forwarding them to the email address I specified in settings. I’ve checked spam.
In other forum posts I’ve seen that generic contact emails need to be added to an “allow-list”. Can that please be done for contact [at] opencollective.foundation?
I had a quick look and couldn’t see that you had been placed on the blocked list (you may have already contacted customer support), however, I added your email to the allow list again just to be sure, so please check again.
If this has already been fixed, please feel free to mark this as resolved.
I have the same problem with my contact form.
I also can see the messages on the dashboard but I’m not receiving it on the email address which I have indicated.
Can you please take a look if my email address is on the blocked list?
