Hi @Livia_Zhang, that message usually occurs if:
- The site in Webflow that the page is based on has been removed from Webflow
- The computer that is doing the form submission, should lose connection to the internet, or is using the internet in a place where there is currently a disruption. Our form tries to connect to our server, and if it cannot, then that error could be shown.
I have checked our logs since January 6th, but there are no reported outages.
As far as the site being powered by Webflow, that is true, Webflow was used to design the site, but the site itself seems to be hosted by someone else, is that correct?
I will change this to a bug status until we know what the issue is. Cheers, Dave
