Hi everyone,
i started a shop for a client and everything went well while testing.
But now a real costumer wanted to make an order and we’ve noticed, that its not possible to add items while using an iPhone.
It says “something went wrong when adding this item to the cart”
This thing is crucial.
Any advice?

Took a Quick look and my guess is that you use inventory and it’s out of stock.

thank you for your reply. 
I had a look on it. Tracking inventory is deactivated and quantity is set at infinite.
It’s working fine on different browsers and devices. Just iPhone seems making some trouble here.
I tried on iPad and got that message saying the quality was to low
