Overlapping Content and Containers

Hi Gang. I have built a page http://www.plantbasednews.org/win-with-pbn which seems to be a running issue for me when I build content.

When the height of the page is small, the content in the central container overlaps the footer.

Could someone advise me on how to get the central container to push everything down and not overlap the container, what am I doing wrong?
