displays with everything reduced down and moved to the left on iphone portrait mode. See screenshot below:
The other pages seem ok.

You have a long line of text under sources—it’s a URL. It has no breakpoints so it’s pushing of frame and causing the whole page to stretch out to the right.
A good tip for diagnosing these types of things is to scroll over to the right and see if anything’s hanging over. 
99% of the time it’s something like this, or even an animation that’s making the browser think things are wider than they are.
