Is it possible to have an animation that does site loaded?

I currently have the animation as page loads, but I do not want the animation to play every time someone goes to another page… just the first time a page loads as they entered the site.

Is this possible?

@felix_hellstrom: Doesn’t this loader work every time this page loads? It is the same a page loader.

@felix_hellstrom that thread just discusses that pre-loaders are not loved by customers.

If you were to check out my site, you can see why I have it. It’s a small popup educating the user to hide the nav to increase web page visibility.
