Page not loading properly

So page on my website doesn’t load properly. Freezing (like that ↑) happens, maybe, once in one-two hours. It takes time until page is finally loaded, as if I were using slow internet.

This effect lasts for about 10 minutes, and then goes back to normal almost-instant loading again.

Meantime everything’s ok with other pages (say, this one).

not sure that this is the cause, but I believe that the best practice is to put the script in the “Before” section of the custom code…
