Pasting/Embedding Excel Worksheet Data / Table - Into Webflow

I am looking to get an excel table into webflow.

I thought perhaps I should copy the excel data into a native webflow table, but there doesn't seem to be one.

As I understand them, my options are to

1) Convert the excel table into pdf and then png and then just bring the image in.

2) Save the excel data in .htm format and then somehow embed or also do an image paste?

3) ??

Any recommendations on this?

Ideally I'd have a way to do this where someone could at least copy the text (website link) if not outright click on it. Putting the image in there doesn't seem to allow for that. Not sure if the .htm format would?

I thought perhaps I could take the code from the .htm and add it into the embed widget, but the character limit stopped me.
