Pixelgeek's Notification Cookie Not Working

I followed this guide to create a notification bar: Creating a Notification bar in Webflow | Tutorial - YouTube

Everything works fine, except the cookie part. The notification always shows even though I set the cookie to 7 days.

In console, I see this error:

I checked my code with Pixelgeek’s multiple times and I’m pretty sure the code is correct, but the cookie is not working.

Does anyone else have success with the cookie?

That code depends on JQuery which is loaded before the body close code area. So move the script there and find another source for the jscookie code since rawgit is being sunsetted
