Please update no-reply@webforms.io to no-reply-forms@webflow.com on forms page

Under the form tab > form name there is an aside that says “Note: the sender email address is: ‘no-reply@webforms.io’.” This is not correct.

I have clients with forwarding rules to route form responses to different emails using no-reply@webforms.io as the incoming sender trigger. Not sure when it was changed to no-reply-forms@webflow.com (client suspects May 2017), but I learned of this from a client complaint.

Please update the blurb on the forms page to include no-reply-forms@webflow.com to send responses.

Hi @DigtalCrusader

Thanks for posting this, this definitely sounds odd.

I tested form submissions on two sites and it looks like the sender is no-reply@webforms.io as expected.

What sites are you seeing this occur in? Can you send me the site Read-Only links please?

Thanks in advance!

There are 2 different email addresses used for form submissions and this issue has been resolved.
