With that being said, we’re looking to prompt the the pop-up upon clicking a button, farther down on our home page - as of right now it opens upon loading the page. We’ve double-checked the interaction settings, and everything seems to be in-line. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If I’ve understood correctly, all you need to do is set the visibility of the class ‘Modal Wrapper’ to display:none and that should hide the popup when the page loads.
Ahh! Thank you soo much, that fixed it. BUT now im running into another issue. When the modal is open and I try click into an input field like “name” or “email” the modal closes. Any idea what could be causing this?
Hey again, so I thought I solved the problem but now when I click the Close link nothing happens. Every element is linked to the appropriate interaction. Ive been experimenting all day trying to figure out what the issue is but still no solutions.
