Pop up window doesn't close anymore, when clicking on exit

Remove the stray interaction from your "contact page" layer, and also probably "mask over video" layer.

stray interaction? this was a template, that was working before, it all of the sudden stopped working.So I shouldnt remove things right?

You probably clicked on an interaction accidentally when the wrong element was selected. Please try it first and see how it goes. You can always revert if it doesn't work.

I removed it, It didnt solve the issue
