Possible to embed FORM (custom html code) into CMS?

#1

I would like to embed form code into the individual items of a collection…
wihin the CMS…

<div class="cognito">
<script src="https://services.cognitoforms.com/s/wZ3AAHrqHE-oNuZjWM7wKA"></script>
<script>Cognito.load("forms", { id: "54" });</script>
</div>

Is this at all possible?

or should I just start making a bunch of form pages to link to now…
Thanks.

Try adding an “Embed” component into a div within your cms setup. Hope you get it working.

Hi @klubjunk,

As @garymichael1313 told you, you should embed the cognito code in your CMS item.

Drag an embed element

Paste the code you provided

Save and close.

You ll need a publish to be able to see how it looks like.

Here is my publish test where we can see your cognito test

Here is my readonly link of the project

Hope this helps

Thanks.
yes cognito allows for this embed code… its very easy and uses #'d form
direction… with one main code to tell client…
so it was actually easy…

thanks for help
