We’re sorry you’re experiencing an unexpected behavior on the Webflow site. This is the general rule with the bug category:

  1. If you’re not sure if you’re experiencing a bug, you can post about it here to get confirmation from the community. (You should search through the forum for an answer first, and you can find answers to many common questions on Webflow University.)
  2. If you’re 100% sure it’s a bug (because you’ve seen an “error” message of some kind or another) – STOP. Please contact our Customer Support Team via our Customer Support Portal if you are experiencing a bug. This is the best way to tell us about the issue so that we can fix it and keep you updated. (Note: our support team is currently receiving a larger volume of support emails. They will get back to you as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding.)
