Prechecked checkbox in form based on selection on page

Hi guys,

I’m working on a website which has 3 products that is used to trigger a modal with a form. On that form I have the same 3 products in checkboxes. What I want is that if a user requests a quote for product A in the form product A is already checked, same goes for B and C.

So click on product A, open modal with product A pre-checked in that form.

Of course I can create separate forms but I was wondering if there is a more easy solutions that brings data from the homepage to the form.
