Problem with Anchor Points

Hi!

I’m having trouble getting a URL to the sections on my site. I’d like to be able to use certain Div blocks as anchor points with their own URL that I can use to link visitors to certain pieces of my long scroll single page site. I’ve tried linking with mysite.io#sectionid after reading lots of this forum but it’s not getting it. I’m wondering if I’m reading things wrong, seems like a simple question!

I see your links to anchors working just fine. What exactly is wrong?

They seem to work fine internally on the page, but I can’t seem to figure out how to link to a section with just a URL. What URL would I use to link someone to the section “impact-by-services”?
