Problems with scrolling down on my site in "Designer"

Hello.

When I am in designer and try to set my section to for example 600 px. I cant scroll down after I have made a change in padding or something else to a div block or anything else. When I do it just shoots me up on the page and I cant scroll down? What do I do? Please help
