Each campaign i sent, only 60% are open…is it mean the 40% go in junk mail of the recipients ?

How many subscribers do you have for this campaign? If you have 100+ you should send it with batch delivery so you’ll reduce the risk of being flagged as junk.

If you are getting a 60% open rate that is amazing. Average open rate is less than 5% for most cases.
If 40% are not opening, that means that it is either going directly to their spam box or they don’t care and just deleting. Or how long are you waiting before you look at your reports?
Total sent out is immaterial.
