Read more Button for a textfield

Hi guys hope you are all doin well.
I tried to create something like a read more link under two lines of text and with a click on that read more it should expand. So I found this in a forum:

But I don’t find the interaction and there is no custom code in the page setting.
Can someone explain me how this works :blush: ----------
