Happened thrice now with completely different read-only links.
Graphics go crazy on scroll, elements disappear, including settings/style panel/etc.
Latest version of Chrome on a 27" 5k iMac running High Sierra 10.13.3

Figured it out. It started happening on my own projects as well.
Had to go into Settings under Advanced and tell it to use hardware acceleration. Problem is now resolved.
I’ve had hardware acceleration turned off for at least the past 3-4 months, though. So this is a new issue.
