Refresh Adverts on Page Refresh

Hi @Waldo and anyone with who can help!

I’m trying to get the adverts in the top right to refresh on page reload from the CMS. Not just every 12 hours but on every browser refresh.

I’ve tried to include your code here but so far no joy.
