Regular Cursor Overriding Custom Cursor

Hi,
I have used custom code on my sliders to create a custom cursor.
However, the cursor keeps blinking and stuttering and it seems the regular cursor overrides the custom one.
Can someone please help me with this issue, thank you

The custom cursor is killing Safari for some reason.
I couldn’t even scroll the page properly

Perhaps the image you are using for the cursor is too large?
