Remove hover on ALL H5 HEADINGS

Hello, I have check on the forum but can’t find a solution to this. Somehow my “All H5 Headings” has a hover state assigned to it. When I click the states dropdown there is a little blue dot to the right of the word, “Hover”. No matter what I try to do, I cannot get rid of this. Every time I have an H5, it has a hover state. Any suggestions?
