[RESOLVED] Form Submission Data CSV file not displaying correct info

I have a live site taking registrations for a conference via quite an elaborate form.

The issue im having is that when i go to my form submission data and download the csv some of the fields are incorrect (the info users submit displays under different headings in the csv . e.g. the payment method displays under a workshop selection)

The email submissions display correctly. But my client is wanting a spreadsheet of all the info.

Thanks for posting this, this definitely sounds like odd behavior.

Can you please try the following:
(1) Try to reproduce the error while being logged into Webflow using Incognito mode with browser extensions turned off: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?hl=en
(2) If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of your Console and send it to me: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console

Could you please let me know what browser version you're using by sending me your information from this page?

There should be a small share link when you visit the page which you can send to me.

Hi Brando, appreciate the help.

i tried turning all extensions off in chrome and logging in via incognito
mode and the problem still persists. I have also attached a screenshot of
the console.

We are definitely working on it - hoping to have a resolution as soon as possible!

Our team just pushed a fix for this and all data should now be displaying in the proper fields.
