Does anyone know how to make the effect that a lot of web designers are doing where a Section goes over another Section with an Image giving a cool effect. For examples about what I am talking about you may see the CARET Website (https://webflow.com/website/Caret-Friending-Your-Sensors). (first and third section).

@VVR, The image is just loaded as a background image in a div or section. The attributes are set to cover and fixed. Fixed makes the image stationary (non scrolling) and the rest of the content appears to scroll over it.

Thanks, that answered my question. The problem was I did not seem to find the fixed button (it was on the right bottom corner in the image sizes and positions) (I thought it was the POSITION FIXED Button)
