Responsive navbar does not push down elements in site preview and browsers, only in design view it works

I uploaded two screenshots, that visualize my problem.

On the first picture (webflow design view):
I want a responsive nav bar, that pushes down other elements, and i built it in design view, it shows it well, and works well it PUSHED DOWN the “plan code success” SECTION, and any others below …

On the secound picture (preview mode or browsers responsive design view):
IF i switch to preview mode (or in a browsers responsive design view) it OPENS ABOVE MY SECTIONS. (so it displays badly what i made in design view)

I may be not expert in webflow, maybe it is not a bug, but is there or solution to fix this?

Have also tried this. It does not work seems like a bug.
