Hey, We think we’ve discovered a platform bug…
Currently, rich text fields don’t save when creating new reference/ multi-reference collection item(s) from within a different collection (using “+”) — [see images below].
Some moments, the user can’t click within the rich text field or in other moments, can enter content but when you save and then go to view the newly created item’s details… everything is stored except the rich text field(s)/information.
A client of ours has experienced this first and brought it to our attention. We were unaware of the ability to create new items this way and was also able to reproduce this. Apologies if this is a known issue, we couldn’t find any logs of this particular bug. The site is pretty dynamic and it turns out this feature is much feasible and quicker as far as cms entries for our client. Any news or fixes would be appreciated!
