Has anyone created scroll indicator dots using webflow only (anchors and interactions)? Or can this only be done using custom code?

It can be done with Webflow only, no custom code needed. Here is how to do it:
1 - Use link blocks for the dots and style them as you want;
2 - Give ID’s to your sections
3 - Link each dot (link block) to the correspondent section;
4 - Style the dot “current” state
