The side scrollbar within the designer area is smaller than usual and hard to select when used on Chrome / Chrome Book / Version 65.0.3325.209 (Official Build) (64-bit) - makes scrolling/working on longer page content very difficult.

The scrollbar size on chrombooks isn’t something we can control at this time.
The smaller scroll bars for chrome OS is a common issue for chrombook users: Google Product Forums
