I’m new to Webflow and hope this is the right place to post my question!
I was working on a Wordpress website but decided to switch to Webflow. There are a couple features that my client really likes from the Wordpress theme, and I was wondering if something similar can be made in Webflow.

- If you scroll down, there will be a second navigation bar with (hot desk, dedicated desk, etc.) it’s sticky within that section.
- Images shown in the same section has a hover animation that changes frame shape.
It would be great if you can let me know if these are possible in Webflow, and if there are any tutorials on them.
