Sending custom form attribute

On my Webflow site I have a sign-up form which sends contact details to Salesforce via Zapier.

The sign-up form is a modal, which is hidden by default, and becomes visible when visitors press a ‘sign-up’ button on the homepage.

There are multiple sign-up buttons depending on how large the visitor’s company is.

My question is how can I capture and send, along with the form submission, a value with the visitor’s company size, determined by which sign-up button they pressed on?

If you have one form and multiple signup buttons, I’d argue that’s the wrong approach. That’s non-standard. Instead, provide a dropdown selection, or radio buttons, or 2 different forms to distinguish between selections so you understand company size.
