So, at this point in Time I can’t find to solve this issue. Not sure if it can be done in Webflow settings or that I have to change settings in Google. But maybe you know 
It’s all about the subpages that are shown when search results pop up. How can I create this for a normal/small website?

Those are sitelinks. Google may display this automatically when it thinks that is would be helpful to the user when doing brand searches. Not something that you get to “turn on” unless you are running ads.
