Did some searches but can't find this answer.
Trying to figure out how to populate the ID of each dynamic section so I can link to this section from another page in my site.

I didn't see anywhere where it was doable, I just assumed it was.
But I guess not 
You can write a post in the Wishlist category to ask for the features... for months now it's raining features
