Shrinking logo as scroll down

I’m creating a basic splash page and I’m wanting the logo to shrink and stick to the bottom as I scroll down. How do I go about doing this?

I have this somewhat figured out now but I don’t want the text to overlap with the logo when I minimize the height of the window. Any suggestions?

I would suggest create another logo that appears when the next section/text scroll into view. This way you could achieve the logo to stick to the top. Them make an interaction on the actual logo to display none when the same text/section scroll out of view.
