Slider is overlapping content

#1

Hello, I am trying to create a sliding background, but the slider is appearing on the top of all other content. Can anyone please explain me why it's happening and how to fix it? I need the order to be Body->Slider->Content with the content on top of course. Thanks for your help!:)

You should give the container of your content z-index higher than z-index of slider.

You have 2 ways to fix this.

1º - You can put your content inside the slider.
2º - Take your slider and put the z index = 1 and take the div where you have the content with z index = 2

hope this will help you.

Thanks for the tips @rowan & @Rui_Almeida , I am currently trying to do what you suggested, let's see if that works smile

quick note: I have done some quick testing, and it seems that indeed placing main content in separate container and giving it positioning: absolute and z index higher than slider's z-index is working. Thanks guys! smile
